Reversible, right-reading available for an additional $100. Plans are shipped via Fedex. Shipping and Handling is $25. Overnight shipping available for $40.

Plan modification services are available for all stock plans. The cost is the reproducible fee plus hourly revision time and shipping costs. Please contact our office for an estimate for revisions.

A study copy is a full set of the working drawings stamped "Study Copy - not for construction". It does not include a construction license. The cost of the study copy will be credited back if a six set plan package, reproducible or CADD file is purchased of the same plan.

All working drawings include the following:

  1. Floor plans at 1/4"=1' scale
  2. Exterior elevations at 1/4"=1' scale
  3. Structural plans*
  4. Electrical plans
  5. A cross section through the house
  6. Construction details
* structural plans are schematic. It is recommended that you have a structural engineer (licensed in your state) review the plans prior to construction

When purchasing a working drawing package, a construction license will be included. This license grants the purchaser the right to construct one and only one residence with the purchased plans. These plans are copyrighted and may not be traced or reproduced in any manner without written permission from the Sullivan Design Company. Reproduction by any means, modification, or use of these plans to construct more than one home unless otherwise specifically authorized is prohibited. Reproducible sets may be altered by qualified designers, architects or engineers.
